Revision Policy

We guarantee unlimited revisions based on your chosen package. Clients can request revisions as per their package without any additional fees. However, the design and concept will remain consistent, and you can submit revision requests for one of the provided options. Multiple option revisions may be inadmissible or charged separately. Revision turnaround times vary depending on the package, ranging from 48 to 72 hours for logo and website design, 3 to 5 days for video animations, and potentially longer for software, app, and game development. Functionality and development revisions' turnaround times may also differ based on the project's scope. Lastly, the revision timeline for digital marketing strategy depends on factors such as mediums, budget, and overall plan size.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the time it takes for us to provide design concepts to your account area following your package purchase. For logo new orders, the turnaround time is between 24 to 48 hours. However, for packages with four or more logo concepts, the turnaround time is at least 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. For new website design orders (home/index, including revamp designs), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Please note that turnaround times for orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays start on Mondays.

Teamwork (Project Management)

Upon signing up for a project with us, clients will receive an email invitation to the Teamwork portal. After accepting the invitation, create a new password to access the platform. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the mockups delivered, you may request a full refund. Unlike other firms, we do not deduct any fees for processing refunds. Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process. To claim a refund, fill out the refund request form provided by our customer support representative.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Once revisions based on your feedback have been initiated
  • If the mockups delivered are based on an explicit design idea shared by you
  • If the mockups are just a recreation of an existing design shared by you
  • For design firms or those ordering our services on behalf of another entity
  • If additional design concepts are desired after receiving the initial ones
  • For marketing services provided by Techceleration LLC

Project Delivery Timeline

Our approximate delivery timelines may be subject to delays due to local holidays, project complexity, and our current workload. We typically deliver logos within 1-2 business days and website designs within 5-7 business days.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for checking the account area to address any questions, concerns, or additional instructions. Failure to do so is not grounds for a refund. However, customer support assistance is available if needed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used to pay Techceleration LLC or via other methods specified by us. After receiving your refund request, we will respond promptly upon analyzing the situation. Following the refund, you will have no rights to use the designs for any purpose, and they will be the sole property of Techceleration LLC.

Client Collaboration: We believe in active client involvement in the project development. All content, including images, headings, and text, will be provided by you for standard websites and resume designs. For e-commerce websites, we will collaborate by providing up to 10 to 30 sample products, while you will be responsible for providing product information such as names, prices, images, and shipping policies.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with our services. Our unlimited revisions policy allows us to work with you until you are completely content with your design, based on your chosen package.
